Scott is Chairman of Juniper Networks, Inc., and led the company for 12 years from its inception in 1996 through 2008 as Chairman & CEO, growing it to a $3.5 billion company, with over 7000 employees, serving customers in more than 100 countries worldwide. He is also co-founder of the 1440 Foundation, along with his wife Joanie. 1440 Foundation is a not-for-profit organization with a vision for building compassionate communities and helping people lead generative lives. 1440 serves its vision by supporting champions who are committed to helping all of us grow in relationship, spirit, and wellness. 1440, named for the number of minutes in a day, is symbolic of Scott and Joanie’s belief in the power of strong, healthy relationships for improving lives – and of being mindful of each moment to do so.
